    Dear Forminator Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with the Forminator form on my website. When selecting an option from the dropdown menu, the form content overlaps with the existing text, causing a visual glitch (screenshot attached for reference). Here is the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/GUg9eb6PTacM

Could you please help me resolve this issue? Any guidance or CSS adjustments to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

    Looking forward to your support.

    Best regards,

    Hello @mahinul,

I hope things are going well for you.

Thank you for sharing the link and screenshot. The form appearance setting seems to be causing the issue.

Can you please navigate to Forminator > Form > Edit form > Appearance > Color > Custom Color > Drop-Down list > Select BG Color as white, save the form, clear all the caches, and see how it goes?
Please refer to the screenshot of the image: https://monosnap.com/file/r1taeI7JlH3CqG7We5DUEi3DggNAOW.

I have changed the color, but the issue is still there. Check this out! https://prnt.sc/5WcelDG2wHwg

Could it be the css minifaction issue?

    Hello @mahinul

It appears you have a cache issue, when I bypass the page cache the background color loads fine. please refer to my screenshot.

To fix this issue, you need to make sure to clear all the cache in cloudflare in your hosting panel.
