    Hello,

I have problem with access to admin page of my AIOSEO instance (AIOSEO ver. 4.5.4 on my WP 6.4.2).

When I open any AIOSEO page in my WP administration, it ends up with error saying JavaScript didn’t load – as you can see on my screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/LZaGdHK.png

When I check my http error log file, I see there two 404 error codes:

    “GET /wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/dist/Lite/assets/js/isArrayLikeObject.ab8f4241.js HTTP/1.1” 404

    “GET /wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/dist/Lite/assets/js/constants.238e5b7b.js HTTP/1.1” 404

I checked the files and they really don’t exist. Because these files are missing, the AIOSEO ends in the error.

The plugin 100% worked before the last plugin update and I did not install any new plugin or configuration after that.

I tried to celar browser cache or open it in incognito mode, but this seems like files missing issue.

Can you help me with that please?

    Hey @tomasjenikovsky,

Thank you for reporting this issue.

Can you try reinstalling the plugin to see if that fixes this for you? We encountered a small issue that caused a few JavaScript files not to be uploaded to WordPress.org when we released our latest update last week. We resolved this in a matter of minutes but perhaps your site auto-updated in between that very short time interval.

    Hi @arnaudbroes,

Reinstall worked. To be honest, I was worried if I reinstall the plugin, my settings will be gone – that’s why I left this as a last option. But it seems the custom settings data remained.

Thanks for help and info about the reason of the issue.

Awesome, that’s great to hear. I’m glad that did the trick.

Just as an FYI and for anyone else who might be reading this, we will never delete your custom settings and data unless you enable the “Uninstall AIOSEO” option under General Settings > Advanced and then delete the plugin.
