    Hello,

I recently acquired the newsletter plugin and set it up to send newsletters.

I verified with my hosting provider, and they said everything is set up properly. But when I try to send emails using newsletter plugin, it looks like i receive only email sent to address related to my own domain [email protected]

I tried with gmail and yahoo email adress with no success (I verified the spam folder).

Do you think you can help me with that problem ?

    Thanks,

    Hello @sebfrog,

did you perform a test send from Help > Delivery?

Yes, the emails are sent but not received.

When I send the emails from smtp (with my hosting server), it works, but not in php.

It may be a problem related to my hosting service. I asked them and they told me to send via smtp (but they think it would be safer via php).

Hi, it’s better to send with their SMTP, if possible create a mailbox sopecific for the newsletter, like [email protected]. Connect the site with the SMTP using suremail or wp mail smtp (or one of the many SMTP plugin).

Suremail has the logging included, if you use another plugin, install evcen wp mail logging to have an overview on what’s happening to your emails.
