non-latin characters in links to be redirected don’t

Hello,

is there a way for a redirect to work in non-latin languages? If the link is domain.com/<link in non-latin>, the redirect doesn’t work.

The only workaround we’ve found is that if the link is domain.com/<link in non-latin> we have to enter it as domain.com/<encoded link> which means we can’t easily see the redirects we have in place in the list of redirects (we have to decode every link one by one).

Is this plugin expected to work with non-latin characters as well?
