Hi @wa103sf ,
Thank you for reaching out.
Since we do not have access to your site’s admin dashboard (please do not share any credentials so we adhere to the WordPress Forum Guidelines.), could you share some illustrated screenshots or screen recordings about the situation?
Hi @wa103sf ,
Thank you for your message and for taking the time to do the screenshots.
Unfortunately, the screenshots have not come through (see https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cTeFjini1xr). Could you share the screenshots in some image repositories like snipboard.io or awesomescreenshots.com?
Hi @tristan083,
That’s very odd, as I can still see the screenshots in the message above – they are hosted in an image repository.
Not a problem, please see below links –

Hi @wa103sf ,
Thank you for your message and sending through the screenshots.
To help us better understand the situation, could you please provide answers to the following questions?
- Are you using Tickets Commerce with Event Tickets?
- Which payment gateway (PayPal, Stripe) have you connected with Tickets Commerce?
- Do you have Test Mode enabled?
Hi @tristan083,
Thanks for coming back to me. Answers to your questions below –
- No, as mentioned in the original post this is Events Tickets standalone, as the website does not usually sell tickets and this is a one off event. The tickets are configured to a page.
- Payment gateway is Stripe, with webhooks properly configured.
- Test mode is not enabled, these are live customer transactions.
Cheers π

Hi @wa103sf
I tried replicating the issue on my test site, but everything works as expected. Could you share a screenshot of how you’ve set up your ticket? I’d like to take a closer look to see if thereβs anything that might be causing the issue.
Let me know, and I’ll be happy to assist further!

Hi @wa103sf ,
I hope you’re doing well. I just wanted to touch base and check in with you. It’s been a little while since we’ve heard from you. I was just curious if you had the chance to try out the recommendation provided above.
Let me know if there’s anything I can assist you with.
Hi @d0153
Apologies for the delay, I’ve been away for a few days so just catching up.
Please see below screenshots of the tickets set up on the page – I hadn’t noticed that the count of sales isn’t updating on there either, yet as you can see from the earlier screenshots there are completed sales (we’re received payment from Stripe for them too).
