@sinip I just saw it. Have no idea where it came from
Looks like it is time to contact your hosting support unless you can access wp-config.php file yourself and check whether the content still holds proper values for the database name, username and password.

@sinip I was told the server was on maintenance. Waiting for it to come back.
Nothing to panic.
Error establishing a database connection can happen , when the database server is not actually running or the wordpress is not able to connect to the said database server or the credentials might be wrong.
So just check if the database is running , then make sure the db credentials are promptly updated , it should work well.
