Motion scroll transparency showing flicking and not work with wp rocket js delay

hello,i found a bug and a issue when using Motion scroll transparency function,pls check the url in mobile view this,thanks!
Issue-01：
When the page loads, the color set in the container- “background-color” will flash quickly and then turn transparent. could you fix this in next update version?

Issue02：
When install WP Rocket and enable the “JS Delay” function,the transparency motion not work,still shows the background-color when scoll.which js path can add to js delay exclude list to solve this issue?

Steps to reproduce

• Set backgound-color like No folder for translation files #94 in header container
• Turn on motion-transparency
• Direction:fade in,Level:10,view-point:bottom100%,top100%(I hope that after the page loads, the header is completely transparent. When the mouse scrolls down, the background color gradually deepens until it reaches the color I set in “background-color”. )

Expected behavior

1. when wp rocket js delay function disable,There should be no flickering when the page loads (first, the background color is displayed, and then it suddenly and quickly turns transparent).
2. when wp ocket js delay function enable,the motion transparency function should work fine(no flickering too),or could you share me which js path i can add to js delay exclude list
