• Hello,

    I’m experiencing an issue with the mobile menu not working in the Storefront theme. Disabling all plugins or installing the Storefront Hamburger Menu plugin did not resolve the problem.

    Here are the current versions of my setup:

    • WordPress: 6.7.2
    • WooCommerce: 9.7.1
    • Storefront Theme: 4.6.1

    Despite troubleshooting, the mobile menu remains unresponsive. Could you provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?

    Best regards,

    Hi,

    I am currently facing three issues on sportowycel.pl that I need assistance with:1️⃣ Mobile Menu Not Working:

    • The mobile menu appears but does not function properly.
    • I have tried disabling plugins and using the Storefront Hamburger Menu plugin, but the issue persists.
    • Current versions:
      • WordPress: 6.7.2
      • WooCommerce: 9.7.1
      • Storefront Theme: 4.6.1

    Could you check what might be causing the problem and suggest a fix?2️⃣ Footer Margin Issue:

    • I am trying to remove extra space/margins in the footer using the following CSS, but it does not work:
    • .home .site-content {
    • margin-top: 0 !important;
    • margin-bottom: 0 !important;
    • padding-top: 0 !important;
    • padding-bottom: 0 !important;
    • }
    • .home .site-header,
    • .home .site-footer {
    • margin-bottom: 0 !important;
    • padding-bottom: 0 !important;
    • }
    • .footer-widgets {
    • margin: 0 !important;
    • padding: 0 !important;
    • }
    • Despite adding these styles, there is still an unnecessary margin.
    • How can I completely remove this space?
    • 3️⃣ Adding a Required Checkbox for Terms & Conditions in WooCommerce:
    • I need to add a required checkbox for accepting the Terms & Conditions during checkout.
    • However, the plugin does not provide a “required” option for the checkbox field.
    • I want to enforce validation so that customers cannot proceed without ticking it.
    • Best regards,

    Hello kuba6042,

    Thank you for your reply.

    I understand you are facing issues with the mobile menu, footer margin, and adding a required Terms & Conditions checkbox on your site sportowycel.pl.

    The mobile menu’s HTML seems to be modified. Please disable the menu plugin so I can check it again. The menu should function correctly without additional plugins.

    For the footer margin, the custom code falls outside our support policy scope. A professional developer can assist with the styling. You can find a good developer at Codeable.io or WooExperts.

    To add a required Terms & Conditions checkbox, edit the Checkout page and enable the option for checkout terms.

    Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Best regards

    Thank you for your help, but I don’t have any plugin related to the menu, and I haven’t edited anything manually.
    As for the checkbox – the option to add terms and conditions doesn’t work.
    I’m attaching a screenshot below.

    Hello kuba6042,

    Thank you for your reply.

    Disabling all plugins or installing the Storefront Hamburger Menu plugin did not resolve the problem.

    You mentioned installing a plugin which is why I thought you had a plugin. Please share your site’s System Status Report with me so I can have a closer look. You can paste it into https://pastebin.com and share the link here.

    For checkbox, please make sure you have set the correct pages in the WooCommerce settings.

    Please share a screenshot of this page with me. You may use https://snipboard.io to upload images and share links here.

    Looking forward to your response. 🙂

    Thank you for your response. I managed to make the checkbox required, but now we still have the mobile menu issue. Below is the link to the report.

    Hello, the mobile menu is currently not working on any device – it doesn’t open on Android or iOS, no matter which browser is used (Chrome, Safari, etc.). Could you please help me identify and fix the issue?

    Hi there!

    I understand your concern. I have checked this again on my Android mobile and noticed that sometimes the mobile menu works fine, but other times it does not open. Additionally, I observed that the accessibility icon above the menu button occasionally appears, and when it does, the menu stops working.

    The menu functions properly when the accessibility icon does not appear. I see that you have already tried disabling all plugins, but the issue was not resolved. To assist you further, could you please deactivate all plugins again, except WooCommerce, clear your browser cache, and check if the issue persists?

    If you still experience the same issue, please keep the plugins deactivated and send us a message so we can further investigate.
