I don’t see anything that would be causing this outright.
Please try deleting Jetpack specifically from the Plugins section of your blog’s Dashboard: https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/#reinstalling-jetpack
This will clear out Jetpack’s settings, and it should work properly after a reinstall.
I’ve just tried to do this, however, when I have reinstalled Jetpack and gone to set it back up again, it won’t let me in. It accepts my password but just keeps taking me back to the login screen.
I have tried reinstalling it again and it still does the same. Now I have no Jetpack!!
I’ve managed to get jetpack set back up (I was blocking cookies) it looks like all of the Jetpack functionality on the site itself seems to have gone. Portfolio, widgets, and on-page elements such as subscription boxes. The like function is still missing too.
I managed to get the rest of the functionality back up and running. However, still getting the same issue with the ‘likes’ – it just says ‘loading’
Hmm. Can you take a screen shot of that? Link it here with a third party link like https://snipboard.io/ Do you have any other plugins installed on the site?

@peterwynmosey, I’m wondering if this could be a theme/plugin conflict so let’s try to rule that out. Please try to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Twenty theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.
To make it easier, you can install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.
@tatyana100 what is the URL of your site?
I found the culprit. it was smush – which hadn’t been improving the speed of my site anyway so it’s gone now!
Thanks for letting us know @peterwynmosey, I’ll mark this thread as resolved. 🙂
