    We have been trying to use new reports dashboard but the total revenue reported there is incorrect.
    What could be wrong.

    Hi @ojasya,

    Glad you reached out! Happy to help with this one.

    Every so often, the forms can get out of sync with the payment gateways, to solve this, go to Donations → Tools → Data. Navigate to Recount Stats. In the dropdown, choose Recalculate Total Donation Revenue Amount.

    Thanks a lot for your reply.
    I did what you suggested.. but it didn’t the issue .

    Can I do something and regenerate tables? perhaps that would fix issue?
