Lightbox default backend parameters are not working

    Hi Support,

    I am using this photo gallery plugin for one of my website. I am facing below issue in this.

    On front end, when user click on image it is showing popup with info , previous next controls and image name and description. I want to show this image name and description only when user clicks on i icon of info, for which I have logged in in backend and in Lightbox default section I have set “Display info by default” to No but it is not working and showing image and description by default in lightbox. Please let me know how can i resolve this issue. I am using below version of wordpress and plugin

    Wordpress Version 4.4.18
    Photo Gallery Version 1.5.25

    W3Totalcache version 0.9.7.4

    Please let me know the solution.

    Hi,

    Please make the mentioned-options changes from the page as well, shortcode’s options, click on a gallery shortcode and make sure that you have set up “Display info by default” to “No”.

    Hi,

    Please update the Photo Gallery plugin to the latest version 1.5.28 and check if the issue is still there. Also, please check the following record. Hopefully, it will help.
