Yes, all these changes are possible. You can redefine the styles directly from the form, entering the new styles though the “Customize Form Design” attribute in the “Form Settings” tab (https://cff.dwbooster.com/images/documentation/form-settings-tab.png)

However, the styles defined by the theme active in your website can affect to the form’s elements, so, I cannot be sure if the styles you are referring are defined by our plugin or the theme.
I recommend you to include the link to your webpage, and indicate the modifications you wan apply.
