    Hi @jannsmith

It sounds like there might be a conflict with another plugin.

Since the error is related to Jetpack, temporarily deactivate all plugins except Jetpack and Kadence Blocks. Here’s how:

    • Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins.
    • Deactivate all plugins except Jetpack and Kadence Blocks.
    • Test if the issue persists.

If the error disappears, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugin. Pay special attention to plugins like Hide My Website, Print Page, or WP Optimize, as they might interfere with block functionality.

Thanks. That’s exactly what I’ve done. I haven’t yet isolated it as I’m still in production and don’t need most of the plugins yet.

    Hi there, @jannsmith!

Let us know what you find out when you have completed the plugin conflict test. As you mentioned, you’re working on the production site. I wonder if you would prefer to run such tests on a staging site.

Many hosts provide a staging service, where you can do testing without affecting the live site. You can ask your host about this. If they don’t give you a staging site, you could try WP Staging or Duplicator:

To troubleshoot the theme (in case you want to give it a try to stay on the safe side), you can use a plugin that only switches the theme for the current user (leaving the as normal for any visitors), linked below:

If you decide to try this initial troubleshooting also on the staging site, let us know what you find, and we can go from there.

    Hi there, @jannsmith,

Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
