    Thanks for reaching out. Let me help you with this one.

    Could you kindly navigate to Events > Settings > General > Viewing and click the ‘Save Changes’ button at the bottom of the page? This step will re-save your calendar slugs, including view slugs like month, day, and list. It’s often an effective way to resolve issues like this, and I’m hopeful it will help.

    Hi Darian,

    I have resaved the permalinks and this seems to have fixed some issues. I can now use the buttons Previous/Next day, I can also go to the next upcoming event.

    Extra questions:

    • does your plugin have shortcodes I can use to include in my own designs?
    • can I change the design of the Events URL like I can style a single event? (put date below the title, add icon to the date and the time, change the length of the Event description, …)

    After further investigation, it appears that the issue you’re experiencing could be related to a translation bug in our plugin when using WordPress 6.7.x.

    To confirm this, could you try downgrading WordPress to version 6.6.2 on your staging site and see if it resolves the problem? If you choose to proceed with the downgrade, you can use a plugin like WP Downgrade. Please ensure you back up your site before making any changes.

    I confirm that events navigation is working as expected in WP 6.6.2.

    When clicking on previous events, the URL is now https://onderwijskwaliteit.puregraphx.be/meetings/lijst/?eventDisplay=past

    We’ve already created an internal ticket [TECTRIA-573] to address this issue, and I’ve made sure to include your specific use case to ensure our team fully understands the impact.

    We prioritize bugs by taking into consideration the number of users impacted as well as how the bug impacts one’s ability to run an event/sell tickets. I don’t have a specific timeline as to when this issue will be resolved, but trust that our team is aware. Our team communicates updates and bug fixes in our newsletter and via our changelog.

    Great to see that you @d0153 are already working on this! We have the same issue on our website https://www.bsg-sporttauchen.de/events/ running on WordPress 6.7.1 – might in fact be due to German/English translation issues.

    Maybe our additional input helps you working on the internal issue:

    • Changing from month view (default) to list view does not work.
    • The left/right buttons for navigating through the months are not working.
    • Clicking on the current month and then selecting a specific month from the drop-down menu works. 🙂
