Issue with Retrieving Phone Field in Registration Form

Hello,
I am using the Essential Addons registration form with the Custom Fields option enabled. I have added a custom field named “phone” under Text Type Fields, and it appears correctly in the form and is stored in the new user’s profile.
However, the issue is that this field is not included in the confirmation email sent after registration. Instead, I receive the message: “Phone: Not provided.”
How can I ensure that the “phone” field is properly retrieved and included in the email? Is there a specific shortcode I should use to get the phone number correctly?

If you’ve created a Text Type Field for “phone” in the Essential Addons registration form custom field settings, please ensure that you are using the shortcode [phone] in your email template to retrieve the phone number value correctly.

Thanks for your reply back. I suggest you kindly try this shortcode:[eael_phone_number]
on your email template for the Phone number field. I hope it helps.

.I have implemented it in the email template as advised, but unfortunately, the phone number is still not being received in the email. However, I have confirmed that the phone number is successfully saved in the user profile under the field: EA Login | Register Form / Phone.
Could you please verify if there are any additional settings or configurations required to ensure the phone number is properly included in the email?
