Issue with Conditions in Cost Calculator Builder Plugins

    Hello,

    I’m experiencing an issue with both Cost Calculator Builder and Cost Calculator Builder PRO on a WordPress site. Previously, everything was functioning correctly on both the live site and within the plugin’s preview, but now certain conditions are not working as expected. Typically, I test everything after each update; however, I didn’t catch that all conditions were being verified this time.

    Here’s what I’ve already tried:

    • Reverting to previous versions of both plugins in every possible combination—no success.
    • Deactivating all other existing plugins(Rank Math and Rank Math PRO).
    • Removing all additional code from the functions.php file.
    • Switching to the default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-Five), even though the issue also appears in the plugin’s preview.

    Additional details:

    • Environment: Local development using Local by Flywheel.
    • Browsers Tested: Chrome and Firefox (both with and without extensions/private window).
    • Technical Specs:
      • WordPress: 6.7.2
      • Web Server: Apache/2.4.43 (Unix)
      • PHP: 8.0.0
      • MySQL: 8.0.16
      • PHP Execution Time Limit: 1200
      • PHP Memory Limit: 768M (both WP_MEMORY_LIMIT and WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT)

    Could anyone provide insights or suggestions as to what might be causing these conditions to malfunction? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    After several tests, I discovered that it’s due to “Action › Select option,” which no longer works properly (as before). What should I do in this case?

    Another issue: “Radio select” has lost its style when “Box With Radio Button” is selected in the style tab.

    The condition is a Cost Calculator Builder Pro feature, and we kindly ask you to submit a support ticket here – New ticket We will analyze the issue and try to resolve it.

    As for the radio element styles, yes, you are right in one of the latest updates the Radio element styles has disappeared. But, please do not worry it will be fixed very soon, in one of the updates.
