    How customizable this plugin is? I mean, I use Visual Composer (wp bakery).

    Is it possible to arrange order of fields in the Ticket creation section?

    Is it possible to customize filters? I mean include some, omit others?

    I’m about to purchase premium (wordpress) but need to know if I could customize it.

    Hello,

    Ticket submission form fields can be rearranged via :
    1/ CSS for minor changes.
    2/ Filter hook if you understand PHP.

    So in both cases, this requires a bit of technical knowledge.

    For the filters customization, you have some control on which one will be shown. You can check the options to see if this matches your needs.
