You can use any translation plugin to translate our plugin, but I, personally, recommend Loco Translate.
We have a bug, however, wherein our Donor Dashboard is not fully translatable, as you can see in here — https://feedback.givewp.com/bug-reports/p/donor-dashboard-should-be-fully-translatable-with-loco-translate-and-other-trans. I’ve also added you as a voter for it so that we can update you when a fix has been released.
As a workaround, when you use Loco Translate, you can replace the POT file of the plugin with this one — https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1QSc20J7VDB3MjoK4TK9w13YLinSJBFjv/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=102463681494289708916&rtpof=true&sd=true.
It has the missing strings in that part of the Donor Dashboard. Furthermore, don’t forget to sync the file in Loco Translate.
That particular string should now be translatable.
