include reading length in the blog list?

First, a really nice plugin: easy to use, clear code, no fuss.

Second: Is there a way to include reading time in the blog list? The problem is: The plugin shouldn’t calculate the length of the page it is called in, but the length of the post it refers to. Kind of tricky, isn’t it? Could that be done?
