    Hi

I have a site that thinks it has 44m images with wrong meta, this seems to be stopping the new images from being optimised. Not sure what’s caused this but we don’t use any other image optimisation plugins.

    Optimisation Status

Images optimised and pulled: 22579 groups (118602 images)
Images previously optimised: 35 groups (91 images)
Image files missing: 212 groups (1401 images)
Duplicate image files ignored: 315 groups (322 images)
Images with wrong meta: 1 group (44570400 images)

Looking at the DB we have a lot of almost blank entries in the wp_litespeed_img_optm table, these all have an ID and optm_status set to -8 with 0 for every other feild.

Can I fix this by removing these records? do I need to alter anything else?

I don’t really want to clear the images down and start again as there are over 100k images that have been optimised.

The image optimisation page is quite slow to load, as is the main control panel for litespeed. I can’t see any other errors in the logs so I’m making the assumption this slowdown is being caused by these empty records.

    Report number: UWRVPDNJ

    Recommendations please.

    Thanks

    Ash
