how to get user password in user email

Hello,

I am using the Ultimate members plugin, I ‘ve customized user email templates, but I need the password field to send to the user via email.

I tried various shortcodes but it cant work anymore, I tried
{{password}}, {{user_password}}, {{user_login}}…

I know the password is stored in md5 encrypted format in users table in mysql db

anyone help me that is, how can I send the password in email to the user.
