You can change this text using Loco Translate. Normally, we use Loco to translate our plugin into other languages, but in your use case, you can add your language to Loco and then change the text to your preferred one.
If you don’t see the specific text, make sure to click the Sync button on Loco.

I was able to change “Enter custom amount” to any word without any problem!
I had tried using Loco Translate before but could not figure out how to change the words, so your suggestion was very helpful.
