How to automatically send out unique confirmation emails

    Hi there,

    We offer a variety of courses which people take part in either onsite or via live streaming using Zoom.

    When someone books one of our courses and chooses live streaming, is it possible that the Zoom link for that specific course is automatically sent out as part of the ‘processing order’ email? (I cannot just add the zoom link to the generic email here because we use a unique Zoom link for each course).

    Sometimes we have some last minute bookings which we don’t manage to respond to before the course starts the customer doesn’t get the link in time.

    Also, on the webpage I mentioned, does anyone know how to edit the text ‘Select options’ on the orange button? That text needs to be in Swedish.

    Hey there!

    It sounds like you would want to set up a custom email template that hooks into a product meta you would add to each product. This would require some custom development to make happen.

    One thing you can try is to set up the products as a virtual downloadable product, and set the download link to be the Zoom link. This might work out for you, and then you would not have to customize anything.

    For the translation, if the rest of your store is in Swedish already, I think that’s being added by the theme or a plugin.

    I have been looking into your idea about making the zoom links as a downloadable product and I think it could work for us.

    Do you know how I can change the text in the attached screenshot?

    I want to re-write the header in ‘nedladdningar’ (downloads) so that it says something about zoom instead. Otherwise people may think they need to download something and get confused.

    I also want to change the text of the headers in the table ‘produkt’, ‘nedladdningar kvarstår’ (downloads remaining) and play around with the columns (i.e. reduce the number of columns) if possible.

    How do I access the text / code for the table and headers?

    Hope this makes sense.
