Hover Text on Image Carousel

    We are using the Image Carousel feature on our home page. We would like to leverage a “tip text” or “hover text” capability to encourage those who pause over an image to click through to the corresponding event or page. Has anyone been able to do this using standard configuration or custom CSS or another approach?
