    Hi folks

We are working on a project that requires creating database for members, and be able to add Notes to each entry on an ongoing bases.

Each entry is for a client, which notes are added to each client by authorised users.

Notes need to be sorted by date order when viewed by the admin/authorised user, and also be searchable for any term.

Is this possible on either free or premium version?

    Regards

Take a look at our Participant Log add-on for Participants Database, it makes it possible to add an ongoing list of entries that belong to the record. These entries can be configured to your requirements.

    Hi

    Thanks for your quick reply.

That sounds like what we need.

    2 Questions:

    1. Do we need buy the Pro, and then add this, or can we just add this to the free version?
    2. Due to GDPR, we need to be careful about what each user sees. Can we make fields some personal details, or notes restricted so that only certain type of users can see these fields?

    Regards

There is no “pro” version of Participants Database, it’s free, so all you’d need to buy is the add-on.

Yes, you have complete control over the visibility of the data in the logs.

If you have further questions about the add-on, please use the Participant Log support forum, this one is for the free plugin, thanks.
