    Hello,

We use GForms (Gravity Forms) and AMP on WordPress. When I don’t use AMP, e.g. on mobile, the form sends correctly, but when I use AMP on mobile, I get the message “It appears your submission was successful. Even though the server responded OK, it is possible the submission was not processed. Please contact the developer of this form processor to improve this message.” and I don’t receive the email message. What could be the reason?

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @wordpressdatasal

Thank you for reaching out to us, It appears that currently you have allowed validation errors on AMP pages as your AMP page keep redirecting to non-AMP page.

The Gravity form plugin is not AMP compatible, I will recommend the following actions

    1) Try to use this code snippet in a custom plugin to make it AMP compatible

    2) Disable AMP on posts/pages where you have used gravity form from Disable AMP settings on post edit screen.

    We hope this helps!
