Force address on login

Is there a way to force user to add their address on login so the shipping options are showed in the cart page?

I have both delivery and local pickup but until the checkout it can’t be chosen. I’m redirecting users to the login page when then click on the cart button if they are not logged in but if no address is there then it’s not of much use.

Any way to accomplish this?
