Flatty’s bugs
-
Hi there,
I’ve tested it on a couple of WP instalations and these errors still remain.
1 – Problem with TopBar;
Activating the tick at Flatty -> Branding Settings -> Use Flatty’s Topbar instead of WordPress default it generates this error despite if the sub options are enabled or not.Notice : Trying to get property of non-object in wp-includes/link-template.php on line 335;
Notice : Trying to get property of non-object in wp-includes/link-template.php on line 367;
Notice : Trying to get property of non-object in wp-includes/link-template.php on line 378;
Notice : Trying to get property of non-object in wp-includes/link-template.php on line 331;2 – The whole “Whitelabel WordPress” doesn’t work, activating the options doesn’t remove the WP copyright and version.
I’m using WP 4.7 and Flatty’s latest version.
Thanks for your time and for developing such great admin panel enhancement.

I have had the same issue with the top-bar and it has been driving me crazy. i’ve tried everything!
I so want it to work but get the same errors over and over …
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Happy New Year!

To be honest I didn’t try to fix it since it would be a local patch and when updated it could be broken again. Better the dev do it and release proper update 🙂
Happy new year!
i tend to try and fix it to help the developer but it’s creating such whacked queries i didn’t even try too much. i’m short on patience and enjoy problem solving but i’ll try patience for a change …
cheers!
Well, I fixed it then (The topbar error spitting).
Replace the file at: wp-content/plugins/flatty-flat-admin-theme/includes/init/options/

To the developer:
The error originated on the “View” button you were trying to put on TopBar.-

Glad it worked out! 🙂
same here! much appreciated!!!!
Fix for my second problem if anyone is interested too.
Removing the Created with WordPress and version number from Admin panel footer.
Replace file at wp-content/plugins/flatty-flat-admin-theme/includes/init/options/
i still can’t enable “always floating sidebar” – get errors –
but that’s fine. tx!Where is that option? I can’t see it though.
theme settings – in the middle
“Sidebar” with button to “Enable always folded sidebar”There you go!
Replace file at wp-content/plugins/flatty-flat-admin-theme/includes/init/options/
man, you’re fast!!!
thanks!so, quick question – i really wanted full-screen because i use hotkeys so i have no need for the sidebar but when i cue them it is open on the next page – sigh.
so you have to close it each time you go to another page/post/setting etc?
thanks again! you rock!!
I’m on a roll hahah.
I don’t think I’m experiencing that bug here, check it – https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/55484/flatty-menu.mov
maybe it’s something else doing that.
You’re welcome! I’m glad in helping the community.

there’s the “hide sidebar” at the top right. i would like it to always stay hiddne or closed. when i refresh or go to another page it’s open again.
are you using the hide or full-screen feature? maybe it is a bug (?) or plugin conflict but just making sure we’re speaking of the same thing.
😀
