Fixed Issues with Orders of Fields

We have been using this for years on a number of sites, but recently we came across a problem that the fields in Mailchimp set up and appearance on the website did not match. Our own fix was being overwritten by plug-in update, so we had to repeat the fix on every website every time we updated the plug-in

We reported this to the Author and they came back the next day with a solution.
