Hope you’re doing well.
I did all the tests which I can do and finally I changed the Database into something lesser in Size (400KB). Then installed and activated the Plugin and it is working really fine. But if I re-change to the real DB, then I am getting same error and can’t do anything as previous.
I don’t know how the DB Size affecting the Plugin. Anyway dropping this message for your improvements to the Plugin. My current project DB size is 2GB. So that is the reason I found.

All tables shouldn’t affect the Hustle, but you can check wp_hustle_modules and wp_hustle_modules_meta tables. You already told you are activating plugin first time, so these tables should be empty. But are they empty?
