Fatal Error on Pantheon.io Cloud

We have been to use this module on pantheon.io cloud but it does not work in production. The plugin is truing to create files within the codebase at wp-content/plugins/ which is unacceptable on pantheon. This is not allowed on the test and live environments. You can test this at https://www.gofenam.com.

We don’t want to start creating symbolic links. Any help provided to fix this will be appreciated.
