Hi @mikeld123
Thank you for reaching out, sorry to see you’re having difficulty with Facebook for WooCommerce.
Could you please confirm if you’ve reviewed Troubleshooting “Something Went Wrong” when connecting to Facebook and ensured none of these issues impact your site?
If so please let us know and please include a copy of your site’s System Status in your reply so that we can investigate further.
Please mark as resolved – I changed the value on the options.php page and it worked.

Hi @jhonatansp21, we’re happy to help.
To help us better assist you, we recommend starting a new thread and sharing your site’s system status report to help us understand your setup and help further.
@mikeld123
Many people get this error, can you explain how you did it?
Hello @mrtzckmk,
As per @mikeld123’s comment, they changed the value on the options.php
page and it worked.
You can access the options.php by using the following link:
https://<your-site>/wp-admin/options.php
Once you are there, please make sure that the wc_facebook_external_business_id
WordPress option cannot be blank or contain non-Latin characters. It must not exist at all in the database or must contain some value. Ex: store-name-ouh3ylhlrnm0j
Also, make sure your site’s default WooCommerce currency must be supported by Facebook. You can find the list of supported currency here.
If the above doesn’t help, we recommend starting a new thread and sharing your site’s system status report to help us understand your setup and help further.
Thanks.
