Same issue with us, Google Ads reported over 4,000 broken URL’s because this plugin causes a redirect loop with ANY URL that has a query string. Begin happening yesterday. Disabling the redirections module fixes the coding flaw that the plugin has in it, until this developer fixes their flaw.
We actually had to disable this plugin COMPLETELY now because it was reported to us that not only did it break all query strings, but it also deleted every single category on our woocommerce website and shows only a 404 page instead. Deleting the plugin restored all categories.

@joyryde, i downgraded to 1.0.81.1 and it’s all fixed. at least at me
We tried rolling back and although the issue of a 404 error on every sub category page was fixed, the MAJOR issue of all query strings causing a redirect loop was not fixed. Google Ads reported to us that every single URL from ads was broken because they append our URL’s with a query string, and we tested tons of woocommerce variable products with query strings and 100% of them failed…so the entire website was broken.
We disabled the Redirections module and put 200+ redirections directly into our htacces file manually, and they worked perfectly, as did all query strings, and category pages, so these massive flaws are within the plugin itself.
