Thanks for the report! We’ve had a few other reports but haven’t been able to pinpoint the cause of this problem yet. I’ve added a link to this thread to the related issue in our bug tracker, and I’ll get back to you as soon as I have some news!
Sorry for all the trouble!
Even I am facing the same problem on my all sites.

We’ve just created a patch that will hopefully help with this issue. If you feel comfortably editing PHP files, you can apply the following patch on your own sites:
https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/pull/6571/files
Let me know how it goes!
@jeherve
Thanks for the patch.
I have updated my code. This time I faced the same problem.
Error: Invalid Nonce.
But after error visiting https://www.domain.com/wp-admin shows me logged into the WordPress dashboard
@amitmalewar Thanks for the reply! Could you keep the patch on your site, and let me know if the problem happens again in the future?

I’m personally not comfortable nor know enough about PHP to edit that in. Is this a temporary fix until the next Jetpack update? I don’t mind waiting if there’s a new update soonish enough.

Yes, the patch will eventually be included in Jetpack itself, but we need to test it and make sure it solves the problem for everyone before we add it to a stable Jetpack release.
If you’re not comfortable editing files on your own, it’s probably best to wait until the next release 👍
+1 on this issue.
Just added Jetpack afresh, linked to our ‘company’ account, enabled SSO, get the ‘invalid nonce’ error.
Occasionally, I do get prompted to sign in on WordPress however, I sign in as me (not company account) and it returns to the site login.php without signing me in.
When I sign in normally, I do see that, in Users, my account is associated to my site.
