Error in shortcode for ISO8601-Date-Time?

    There are a problem with the date format of ISO8601

    If i use the schortcode [flip_counter data-value=’2018-08-31′ data-type=’date’] all it’s okay. The counter is showing right but fixed to 11 o’clock (10:00:00+1:00)

    if I use a shortcode with a ISO8601-Date-Time-Code like

    [flip_counter data-value=’2018-08-31T13:00:00+01:00′ data-type=’date’] the output is

    null null null null, null null null null, … etc..etc…

    It would be nice, that i could set the time by my self in the shortcode.
