Unfortunately I can’t do that for this site due to private information, however you can replicate this by:
Install WP + GeneratePress + GenerateBlocks plugin
Set a color scheme via GeneratePress, which uses CSS variable names like:
accent-2
Add a Container block to a page and change the background color or any colors to use this color. Add some filler content inside the Container block.
Edit page > Duplicate new draft, note it does not hold onto the color styles.
