• I have created a newsletter form in *Forminator Plugin* and enable the integration of Google Sheets and Mailchimp So if somebody subscribes, below things triggers

    1) Received notification on my email with the name and email of new subscriber
    2) The name and email gets added to my Google Sheets in Excel
    3) The name and email gets added to my Mailchimp audience data

All the 3 are working fine…

Just one problem, when it gets added in the google sheets and I received the email of a new subscriber, it gets the same details added multiple times in the excel sheet and I received multiple emails, screenshot links below for reference.

  • Hi @wpzest,

Could you provide us with your form export file so we can do some tests on our end and see what might be going on?
You can go to Forminator > Forms panel, click on the gear icon next to your form, export it from there and upload it to any file sharing service like GDrive or Dropbox.

You can send us the download link privately by using our contact form here:
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/#i-have-a-different-question

    Send in:

    Subject: “Attn: Predrag Dubajic”
    – Link to your WordPress site
    – Download link to the export file
    – Link back to this thread for reference
    – Any other relevant urls/info

    Cheers,
    Predrag
