    Greetings,

I am making customizations to various parts of my website to achieve a consistent visual style, and now I am focusing on emails.

I would like to be able to use HTML and CSS to customize the look and feel of these so that they connect with the other emails in my store.

I would like some guidance on how to customize the following email templates:

    • Review Reminder
    • Review Form (“Review” button in the Review Reminder)

I look forward to your response, Thank you.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

If you want to customize the templates of our plugin, I suggest you follow steps below:
    1. Go to admin area > Reviews > Settings > Review Reminder tab > Verified Reviews: No verification.
    2. Follow this solution to override default templates

Notice that, we don’t support customization code. If you are not able to complete the task, please contact an expert developer to help you in this case.

    Hello again.

Sorry to bother you once again, but it’s because I’d like to understand a detail about a file in your plugin.

I’m directly modifying “form.css” through the WordPress file editor to further customize the form’s details. The problem is that even though I change the form’s width, spacing or even background color as I want, I don’t see the result reflected on the page.

I’m in “No verification” and I’ve tried some simple ways like clearing the WordPress Cache or editing through my server’s file manager and I don’t see any results.

How can I change form.css to get the desired styles directly from it?

Thank you again for your attention. I await your response.

    Hi,

What is the form that you want to customize? The form.css file is loaded when you open the aggregated review form hosted locally on your site. It is the option Verified Reviews: No verification on the plugin settings page.

    Hello,

Yes, this is the form, aggregated review form. I managed to achieve a comfortable design here, it is no longer necessary to customize the form.css.

    Thanks again for your attention.
