Critical error/Timeout/Error writing file

    My database size is 1.5 gb (unfortunately I installed a theme/plugin database and though deactivated & deleted, contains millions of rows. I deleted around 800,000 reducing db size from 2.5 to 1.5 gb). Now every script fails/timesout/critical error. Exported database is around 148Mb, but unusable. Tried your plugin, but critical error first, then timed out. Can you help?

    Within a few seconds the error appears. Have requested hosting to increase timeout

    Now when I try to refresh, I see this:
