Creating a google search link button

Is there a way to add a functionality whereby I select a phrase, add a shortcode/link via the editor and the result is a Google phrase search of the linked phrase? For example

[google]this is my phrase[/google]

And the result being this search.

No matter how hard I searched, I could not find something like that.
