• I installed this and it looked great but when I went to access my image library in media it kept timing out and I couldn’t access any of my pictures. I deleted the plug in and it returned to normal. What was I doing wrong?

    Hey orangekay,

Which version of WPtouch do you have installed? I just tested it on my site with version 4.3.14 and the media library appears to work properly.

    Regards,

    Hey orangekay,

I think that’s the version of WordPress you’re running and not the version of WPtouch. Which version of WPtouch are you running on the site? You can see the currently installed version on the plugins page of your admin area.

    Sorry wp beginner!

    Yes it 4.3.14.

Just tried installing it again and same thing happens. My media page won’t load with my images.

@wptouch I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
