    Hello, the total warning I see is: Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing.

    in the logs all the lines are the same so here it is:

    [2025-04-16T14:19:23.831764+00:00] API.INFO: ConstantContact_API::get_lists:335 unauthorized: Unauthorized [] []

    Issue logged for the first time on April 7h

    Hi @sbossi9usa

    I believe that means that the Constant Contact account used to connect the WordPress install needs to be re-authenticated at the moment. Can you perform a disconnect and then re-take the original connection steps when you installed the plugin?

    Another way to help test this would be to submit to the form and then visit the admin area to see if there’s any notification about a captured signup that will be re-attempted once connected again.
