Change The Email ‘Admin User Approval’ and ‘Registration Approved’ Links

Hi Team,
I’ve tried to manually change the links in the notification emails. But they keep defaulting to their own link.
Email to admin (Content):
Registration approved (Content):
They both receive really long links. I tried replacing them manually by manually adding custom website links, but they keep getting replaced with these long links.
Why? How do I force it to accept my custom links?
