Indeed, subproducts cannot be adjusted/edited at all once they are added to the cart alongside the main bundle.
With some block-based theme or template, the cart block might add the quantity input and a remove button for each subproduct inside smart bundle but this is not a correct setting from our plugin. This is a conflict issue since our plugin doesn’t allow that and isn’t compatible with the new block-based editor.

Our developers have been working on this for a long time. Unfortunately, this is a conflict happening right at the core so we could not be sure when we can find a solution or workaround to this.

I am still working on this feature. Yith’s plugin adds specific classes to product blocks within a bundle. This may help to hide the delete link and disable quantity field.
