I can understand your concernm let me clarify this, WooCommerce Square only syncs product data, not sales or orders. So, your website sales will not sync with your Square registers, even if the sync setting is enabled, like we explain here https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-square/sync-settings/#section-21
To better understand what you’re seeing, could you please share a screenshot showing where you’re seeing sales data syncing with Square? Also, let us know which button you’re trying to use to disable the sync, and if possible, share a screenshot of that as well. You can use the following tool for the screenshot: https://snipboard.io

that is incorrect. It does sync up with the register. I am literally sitting here looking at it.

The sync settings need to be set to disabled to woocommerce. I can change it with the drop down but the save button wont work.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. However, the “Disconnect from Square” button doesn’t appear to be greyed out as shown in the image.
To better understand what you’re trying to achieve, could you please use Loom to record your screen while you attempt to disable it? This will help us get a clearer picture of the process and the issue you’re facing.
