Can’t connect to wordpress following installation via OVH ‘Website suspended’

I bought my domain and a server via OVH a month ago : and I set up everything to start and design my website for my new company. However after several conversation with OVH support system and multiple problems solved on their side, my website and backoffice page remain inaccessible :

Ce site est actuellement suspendu.
Les informations ont été transmises à son administrateur.

I cannot try an login with my wordpress ID and start using wordpress to design my website.
OVH confirms that their is nothing xrong on their site but that there is a problem on WordPress’ side. Could you help me find how to resolve this ? here is the info you might need to understand the issue :
