  • This is not a WordPress issue: the root cause is a problem with your hosting and domain’s DNS.

The subdomain www.aumfilms.eu is CNAME’d to gpaas7.dc0.gandi.net, which returns the IP address 217.70.180.xxx. It shows a static website, perhaps the Muse site you mentioned. I don’t see any evidence of a WordPress installation at all at this address.

But the apex domain aumfilms.eu returns no IP address at all, and I get ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED in the browser.

Please contact your hosting provider to properly link your apex domain aumfilms.eu to your hosting account, and both aumfilms.eu and www.aumfilms.eu to your WordPress site.

    Hi Olive,
    Thanks for the help.
For the step 2. I need to install wordpress via the MAMP or XAMP ?
I never use a database, always working via the browser.

    Hi,

Yesterday night I succeeded to connect to my dashboard. But I loose all media connection and the theme for the site. WordPress say to me that the repertory theme doesn’t exist, and I need to check my installation.

The step 1 I successfully did it. (via filezila)
There is a thing I don’t really understand, for the step 2 in your post Olive, go to the database with phpmyadmin, I need to install it. But then how can I see the database from my website ? Sorry big noob here… trying to learn.

I’m currently shooting a movie, Friday I will get the time to look fully into it with tranquility.
Thanks again for the help, I will keep you inform with my progress.
    Martin
