Bulk Delete Records not working

Hi there,
We are having difficulty bulk deleting records in the following areas:
• Logged in users
On ‘ok’ screen goes blank – unable to navigate – need to type the address back into the address bar and navigate that wa• Audit logs
On ‘ok’ receive message ‘The selected record(s) have failed to delete’.We rely on these functions pretty heavily. Screenshots available on request. We are using the pro version.
