Bug: JS touch event error in version 1.7

    I get the following error in Firefox 82 when running version 1.7 of Twentynineteen:

    
Uncaught TypeError: event.target.matches is not a function
    toggleSubmenuDisplay https://imagnadottir.com/wp-content/themes/twentynineteen/js/touch-keyboard-navigation.js?ver=20181231:277

    The site in question has very few active plugins, so there should not be anything else causing this issue.
