Before the last 2 fast updates everything was working. Now on 3 of the 5 sites i manage (same server, same configuration) the browser tab has the link of the page and not anymore the page name. It happen mostly with buddypress sub pages. Deactivating the plugin everything returns normal.

I’ve checked all the configuration and are all the same on all sites (also on the one that works). Actually plugin is deactivated…waiting for an upgrade or solution because it cannot work this way 😉

any suggestion on what to do?
    thank you

    Barbara

@illatooscuro @combobets @joshgrisdale We apologize for the issues that the initial 14.0 release caused for you. Thanks for confirming that the issue was corrected with the version 14.0.4 update.

@jackstyze If you update to the most current version of Yoast SEO version 14.0.4, does this resolve the issue? You can learn more about updating here: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-can-i-update-my-free-plugin/

@devnihil Thank you for the answer 😉 I’ve to ask sorry, because i was de-installing the plugin for the “mistake” made with this version, but you demonstrate (also writing here) that support is present and take care of users 😉

@illatooscuro We do apologize for the delay in responding. The release of 14.0 did have several bugs which cause the number of support requests to be much higher than normal, which in turn caused a delay in our response time. Please know that we are very sorry that this has happened. We’ve written a post that explains the process and the lessons we’ve learned from our latest release: https://developer.yoast.com/blog/yoast-seo-14-0-x/.
